1. Cheque/Bank Drafts to be issued in favour of "Sidhartha Buildhome Pvt. Ltd." Payable at Delhi, New Delhi.
2. *The registration charges, legal/documentation fee is in addition to the aforesaid prices(Payable at time of offer of possession).
3. The terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard Application form/Agreement of the company.
4. Timely payment of installment is essence of agreement.
5. If there is any delay or default in making payment of the installments by the Applicant(s)/ intending allottee(s), then the Applicant(s)/ intending allottee(s) shall pay to the company interest which shall be charged @15% per annum from the due date of payment of installment on monthly compounded basis.
